The ACA is looking for the next generation of State Directors and supporting team members! 

The State Director Program is a group of volunteer ambassadors that work together with the ACA National Office to support the interests of local paddling communities in every state. All state teams are currently accepting nominations!
Your enthusiasm and strengths can help the ACA meet its mission: to connect diverse communities by fostering a shared commitment to safety and stewardship, and by providing opportunities for challenge, achievement, and fun through paddlesports.
If any of the following describe you, you can make a difference in the ACA State Director Program!
You love paddling
You want to promote growth in your paddling community through education, stewardship, and recreation
You want to facilitate connections between local paddlers and ACA initiatives and resources
You have experience working with local media, social media, connecting different groups, and/or public policy issues
