Atlantic Division Annual Members’ Meeting
October 2 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Join your fellow ACA members at the Annual Membership Meeting and learn what is happening in the Division, including reports from the Board Committees. Discuss issues and ask questions of Board members. Elections will also be held for the upcoming Division Board Members. The Nominating Committee will solicit and vet Officer and Board member candidates. Details on the Board positions can be found in the Atlantic Division By-Laws: Atlantic Division Bylaws 2017
In addition to attending Board meetings, all Officers and Directors undertake tasks and head committees to promote the ACA mission statement and oversee the Lake Sebago Camp Committee. Nominations may be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, but no later than August 20th. Nominated candidates must be current ACA members and be willing to make a firm commitment to serve on the Division Board of Directors. More information on elections including the slate of candidates will be presented to Division membership prior to the Membership Meeting.
